How To Fix Yourself In 1 Day

Today, I’m going to tell you how to fix yourself in just one day. If you’re feeling like a loser, overthinking things—don’t worry. Just listen: do push-ups. If you don’t know anything about fitness or the gym, it doesn’t matter. Get down and do some push-ups right now. Whether you feel like it or not—that’s not important. Up until now, you’ve only done what you felt like doing. This time, just follow my advice and do as many push-ups as you can.

Trust me, you’ll feel at least a little better. Your mind will feel a bit clearer.

After that, meditate. Yeah, you might be wondering what I’m even talking about. Just don’t think too much—just do it, at least for 5 or 10 minutes. Once you’re done reading this, try everything I’m saying—do it, don’t just think about it. You’ll feel something change in you.

Focus on small things: trim your beard if you have a trimmer, take a shower, wear clothes that make you look good. These sound like small things, but once you do them, they actually give you confidence.

And grab a self-help book—start reading it today. If you don’t have a book, watch any self-help video. Pick something that deals with your problem, like procrastination—read or watch something that helps you fight that, today. That’s your only task for today.

Once you’ve  done reading this, try everything I’m saying—do it, don’t just think about it. You’ll feel something change in you., you’ll feel like you actually did something for yourself.
